Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-14 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during new releases, sales, holidays, or other busy periods.

Pre-order items have separate processing times and will ship according to the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow the carrier time to update your tracking information.

Sweetie Pie Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sweetie Pie Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and items so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items must be ordered separately from other pre-orders and in-stock/extras. Please do not combine different pre-order releases or extras in the same order. Each pre-order release is processed separately and will ship according to its individual estimated timeframe.

Final Sale

Please remember that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits.
